Specialties: Religious Trauma, LGBTQIA+, Queer issues, Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders Hey there! I'm Tyler! I love working with clients from all backgrounds, helping them to recognize their own ability to effect change in their lives. I work through a Person-Centered lens, believing that the individual is the master of their own journey, and that I'm there to offer support and empowerment along the way. I also have lived experience and understanding of cults and religious trauma, and the long-lasting impacts they can have on mental health. I have a strong interest in working with clients and groups within this area, as well as supporting other members of the LGBTQIA+ community. In my free time, you can most likely catch me at a local concert or tattoo shop. I also enjoy reading, camping, travelling, relaxing in my hammock, and throwing sharp objects at wooden targets.

Specialties: ART, trauma, neurodivergence, ADHD/Autism, adolescents & young adults, neurodiversity-affirming assessments, climate change anxiety I transitioned from a Californian to a Minnesotan during my 'quarter-life crisis' in 2015. As a Mexican-American, I grapple with the loss of cultural roots. Real talk is my style – I fidget, take brain meds, curse, and share bits about my life. Childhood anxiety shaped me, and I now identify as neurodivergent and wonder how things could have been different if an adult had noticed how much trouble I was having. Coping with climate change anxiety, I find solace in gardening on my porch and soaking in sunny grassy moments. Though my puppy may join our sessions one day, for now he's happily occupied with mischievous chewing. In telehealth sessions, my cat might snooze on the radiator behind me or loudly demand to be fed. Life is a unique journey with no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in the beauty of human experience, embracing both joy and life's messiness, recognizing that grief coexists with love, joy, and hope. Let's navigate life's intricacies together.

Specialties: adults 18+, complex and developmental trauma, PTSD + navigating triggers, family of origin exploration/impacts of intergenerational trauma, identifying neurodivergence in adulthood, identifying and creating healthier coping skills, improving self-esteem, radical self-care, healing codependency + boundaries psychoeducation and support, inner child connection + reparenting, anti-oppressive/gentle parenting, mindful self-compassion, finding strengths in areas of perceived weakness and queer + trans affirming support. Trainings: Somatic attachment trauma, mindful self compassion + meditation practices, harm reduction, DBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, solution focused support, emotionally focused support. Hello and welcome! My name is Chelse and I am a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent therapist born and raised in MN. My style of therapy is down to earth, human to human, so we can get to the heart of the reasons you are seeking out support. I weave together anti-oppressive, consent driven, person centered and community focused lenses to offer a place where you can show up as you are and explore what is coming up that wants/needs your attention with curiosity. I love providing psychoeducation, offering self-help resources and assisting in identifying your internal and external wisdom and resilience. As an adult child of emotionally immature parents and survivor, I use my decades of lived experience and healing journey to inform the knowledge and experience I have gained educationally and in therapy practice. One of the important things I excel at and get great joy from is assisting people in developing deeper emotional attunement, availability and vulnerability with themselves and those around them. I look forward to creating sacred space with you. In my personal life I like to slow down and spend time outside, riding my bicycle, doing yoga, meditating and being goofy with my kid. I love 90’s music, sloths and coffee. I regularly reflect on the duality of life and what a better world looks like.

Specialties: queer and gender-affirming care, trauma, PTSD, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, substance use, addiction, depression, anxiety Hi there! My name is Abby Fink. I am a non-binary, queer, fun-loving therapist in training whose passions lie within the queer community, social justice, and body liberation. I bring a somatic- and identity-focused approach to therapy, specializing in working with queer folks, those recovering from addiction, and anyone seeking to heal from trauma. I am a big proponent of embracing one’s inner child, so bringing silliness and curiosity to the therapy room will always be encouraged. Additionally, I believe in the importance of the mind-body connection, especially in healing the relationship with one’s body. Somatic exercises are one of my strengths: accessible movement, bodily check-ins, and breath work will be supported where appropriate. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places, strengthening my mind and body through weight-lifting and Muay Thai, and adoring my partner and friends. I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey!

Specialties: depression, chronic illness, trauma informed care, gender affirming care and surgery letter writing, family of origin issues and estrangement, life transitions, neurodivergence, ADHD, Autism I see adults, primarily in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, struggling with complex and religious trauma, chronic illness, gender dysphoria, exploring sexuality, and neurodivergence. I also write gender affirming surgery letters. Being a neurodivergent nonbinary trans person with chronic illness informs much of my work with clients. I strive to make therapy a comfortable and safe space in which you feel seen, heard, believed, and empowered to make changes needed to be your most authentic, fulfilled self. I meet clients where they are at and sit with them in a warm, nonjudgmental manner sprinkled with a dash of humor to help clients work through mental health struggles. I use an integrative approach, based out of attachment theory, with techniques from interpersonal process therapy, narrative therapy, brainspotting, and dialectical behavior therapy with a social and racial justice lens to provide individualized therapy to foster healing and growth. I believe embracing who we are as a Whole person is crucial to healing and coping with life's stressors; which often includes exploring how the intersections of living in a cisheteronormative, colonized, patriarchal, and capitalist society impacts our mental health. Therapy is a collaborative effort in helping you live your most authentic life. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors with my pup, reading queer YA, watching movies and TV shows, listening to music and spending time with my chosen fam.
