Specialties: Relationship issues, gender and sexuality, anxiety, depression, grief and loss If there’s one reason I am a therapist, it is because I am deeply curious about people and love to connect. I want to fully know and understand your experiences, and create a space where you feel held. Some lenses I frequently bring to sessions include: how our relationships shape us throughout our lives, how our bodies and nervous systems hold our past and influence our present experience, and how systems of power impact everything. I’m especially excited to support clients around relationship issues (whether romantic, family, or friend), life transitions, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, and exploring gender, sexuality, and queerness. Some therapy modalities and frameworks that shape my approach include: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, somatics, mindfulness, gender-affirming therapies, and trauma-informed practices. But above all, I’m invested in finding the approach that will work best for you, and we can draw from some, all, or none of these to figure that out! Before becoming a therapist, I was a full-time climate justice organizer for several years, and I still stay connected to organizing and movement work in my personal life. I am queer, cisgender, and polyamorous and love being in queer community. At home, I love swimming, cooking for my neighbors, reading fantasy novels in Spanish, and being the fun auntie to my sister’s daughter.

Specialties: Individual therapy with adults, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, LGBTQ+, polyamory, trauma, life transitions, relationships and attachment theory, depression, anxiety My values and practice are informed by anti-racism, disability justice, fat liberation, sex- and kink-positivity, and harm reduction. I take a holistic approach that acknowledges how unjust social structures impact us as individuals, and hope to celebrate how your strengths and skills have helped you navigate internal and external challenges. You are the expert on your experiences and on what healing means to you, and I see my role as helping you to identify and connect with the skills you already have, as well as to explore and adapt to the challenges you may have faced. I am deeply passionate about working with LGBTQ+ folks— as a queer, trans, and polyamorous person myself, I recognize how important it is to feel that you can be your most entire and authentic self in therapy. In line with that, I take an approach that centers personal narratives and emphasizes the power of perspective, identity, and storytelling. I also recognize the importance of relationships, and work to help my clients engage with the people around them in value-aligned, affirming ways. Additionally, I incorporate skills from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing approaches, and plan to pursue training in relational counseling and narrative exposure therapy in the near future. Outside of work, I can usually be found reading, antiquing, birdwatching, or hanging out with my cats.

Specialities: attachment theory, motivational interviewing, trauma therapy, ADHD, anxiety, depression, children, school therapy, adolescents I'm all about connecting with a diverse bunch! From kids to adults, including those tricky adolescent years, I'm here for it. I've got a soft spot for the school environment, I can either be a place to vent/seek guidance or help to increase emotional intelligence. I also love helping individuals deal with and develop healthy coping skills for trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and even those moments when reality gets a little wobbly with psychosis or severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). I truly believe that the connection between therapist and client is key, so let me share a bit more about who I am outside of the therapy room. I'm a summer-loving, volleyball-playing dog parent who finds solace in nature and enjoys trying new food/drinks with friends. I enjoy diving into books/movies/podcasts about personality styles, human behavior, and the inner workings of the brain. As someone who values independence and personal growth, I'm committed to empowering others to embrace their unique journey and discover their inner strength. On a personal level, I'm actively working on understanding my own attachment style, honing coping skills for ADHD, and navigating the path to overcoming anxiety. I believe in meeting people where they are, supporting them in their journey, and celebrating every step of progress along the way. If where you're at does not include meeting in person, let's meet virtual!!

I bring a lifetime of experiences (and a fondness for metaphors) to the therapy room. I enjoy working with therapy veterans, but also with clients new to therapy who want to feel secure and supported. I have experience and appreciate working with deep trauma, but am also here for those just feeling overwhelmed. Previously, I taught and had a practice in neuromuscular re-education for 20+ years. I am an internationally known author and expert in Applied Mindfulness. I am mostly experiential and narrative based, but with a big, deep toolbox. I work with individuals and relationships of all kinds. Working from a systemic lens, my focus is on meeting each person where they are, affirming, but straightforward. LGBTQ+, I have a background in, and a passion for art, both making and viewing. Favorites: kayak, bike, and a good hiking trail. I couldn’t manage without my Indian cookbooks and a wide variety of podcasts.

Specialties: LGBTQIA+, gender identity, highly sensitive individuals and trauma. Trainings: Anchored Relational Therapy (formerly known as AIR), Brainspotting Phase 2 trained, Trauma Resource Model, Permanency and Adoption certificate Hey There! I'm Bee. I am a quirky, non-binary, queer and neurodivergent therapist who has a social justice, existential and liberation lens when it comes to therapy. My focus is on exploring personal identity. What does it mean to be Queer in a heteronormative world? What are your own values versus values imposed by societal norms? I bring authenticity to the therapy room, creating a comfortable space for you to express yourself as you wish (slippers and coziness welcome!). I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, addressing complex trauma and exploring gender/identity. Let's dive into the power structures that shape our experiences and explore how gender, race, and sexuality intersect within a complex framework. I believe all people deserve to exist and matter no matter how they show up. I use Brainspotting to dig deeper into our bodies and see how our own values and experiences in our world exist internally. I approach healing from a bottom-up perspective, and that our bodies hold extensive lived experiences and trauma that often needs to be released. Of course, a touch of humor is always welcome in our work together. Let's create a space where we can unpack all the nuances of life and how systems can impact how we see ourselves in the world.
